Free Treatment or Money Back Guarantee

Melior Clinics is confident that the products offered and the methods that are used to administer them, will deliver the desired effects as discussed during the course of the consultation once both parties are satisfied that the attainment level is both realistic and safe.

Melior Clinics consultations include assessing and recording client's needs and their realistic expectations together with a photographic library.

Part of Melior Clinics' "best practice" is a two part consultation and treatment process:

• Initial consultation followed by treatment
• Re-assessment of treatment within a short period wherever possible.

Melior Clinics reserves the right to re-assess clients in person, who have undertaken treatment with Melior Clinics. Clients MUST report any concerns to Melior Clinics regarding treatments received within six weeks of the original treatment date to be eligible for a free treatment or money refunded.

Clients that have been treated by Melior Clinics at a show venue may be re-assessed at one of Melior Clinics' clinics or at an alternative location designated by Melior Clinics, as part of the company's out sourced practices.

Melior Clinics reserves the right to establish that post-procedure instructions have been followed appropriately in accordance with the written instructions issued at the time of treatment.

"Free Treatment" relates to a re-treatment as originally administered by Melior Clinics. The client can opt to have additional treatment but this will be chargeable.

"Money Back" specifically relates to the client's treatment cost and does not include any additional costs such as traveling expenses.
Exclusion

Sculptra™ is excluded from this guarantee, as evidence of initial results may exceed a six week period.

£25 Off Voucher

This voucher can be used in any of the Melior clinics or at any of the shows that Melior operate from as part of Melior On the Road. Melior vouchers are the property of Melior Clinics Ltd. and have no cash redemption value, are not for re-sale or publication and are valid in the UK only. Copied, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted (at managements discretion). Each voucher can only be used once and by the person to whom they are issued. Vouchers can be exchanged for treatments or goods offered by Melior equivalent to their face value or a higher value on payment of the difference. Age restrictions apply to certain treatments and products. Not to be used in conjunction with any other Melior promotion.
