Nose fillers now available!
The 15 minute nose job
We’re delighted to announce that nose fillers are now available at Melior Clinics.
Non-surgical nose jobs, or nose reshaping, using dermal fillers are becoming increasingly popular among women and men.
They can give you many benefits of a surgical rhinoplasty, but without the higher risks of surgery or the permanency of the outcome.
What is a non-surgical nose job?
A non-surgical nose job uses dermal fillers to temporarily alter the shape of your nose.
What are nose fillers?
Nose fillers are not a special type of filler, the term simply refers to where they are being used.
We will use Juvéderm hyaluronic acid filler in your treatment, as we would for other parts of your face.
How do nose fillers alter the nose shape?
Carefully injecting fillers into different parts of your nose can subtly reshape it to create a profile you’re happier with.
For example:
- If you have hawk nose (also known as a beak nose or hooked nose), we can target filler just above and beneath the curve to make it appear straighter.
- Other bumps or depressions (including saddle nose) can be smoothed out in a similar way.
- Drooping noses can be improved by using filler at the nose tip.
- If you have a crooked nose this can usually be straightened.
- Adjusting the contours of your nose can achieve greater facial symmetry.
As with all our treatments, we aim for a subtle, natural effect.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty vs surgical rhinoplasty
Filler nose jobs can provide very similar results to surgical solutions. They have the benefit of lower risk, less downtime and fewer side effects.
Like all filler treatments, the results are temporary. Once injected, the filler can be added to or dissolved if you’re not completely happy with the results.
A surgical solution will give you a permanent outcome without the need for ongoing, top-up treatments. However, this is only beneficial if you’re 100% happy with the results!
What happens in non-surgical nose shaping?
The dermal filler is carefully injected into the target areas. The injection includes a local anaesthetic so it feels comfortable.
The treatment usually takes ten to fifteen minutes and you see the improvement straight away. It can take a few days for the swelling to subside and reveal the final result.

You may experience a little soreness or bruising around the site of the injection, but other severe side effects are very rare.
Is there any special aftercare for nose fillers?
Our standard filler aftercare instructions apply.
Read our aftercare information.
In addition, we advise against wearing glasses for a short while after treatment if they would be resting on the fillers.
How long does nose filler last?
You’ll continue to see the benefits of your treatment for around twelve months. The longevity of the results depends on your personal physiology and how long you’ve been receiving treatments for.
What is the cost of a non-surgical nose job?
Our filler prices depend upon the quantity of filler required, so they will vary for each patient.
What other treatments are available for noses?
We can use botox to lift your nose tip, which can be particularly useful it if starts to droop with ageing. Combining botox and fillers can optimise the rejuvenating effect.
