We are delighted to welcome patients back to our clinics.

Appointments are now available at the following locations:

To book an appointment complete our online booking form or call us on 0330 024 1300.

We have introduced new safety measures to protect you and our team when you attend your appointment.

Before you come to your appointment

If you are considered medically vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus, please follow government guidance. For your safety, we encourage you to consider whether your appointment is necessary and whether it could be delayed.

When you book your appointment, we will ask you some health questions to ensure that it is safe for you to come to our clinic.

If you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, please let us know and do not attend your appointment. Information on government testing for COVID-19 can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/testing-and-tracing/ask-for-a-test-to-check-if-you-have-coronavirus/

Please remove any jewellery before attending your appointment. You may wear a wedding ring provided that your hands are kept away from your face.

No, or only minimal, make up should be worn for your appointment.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive at your appointment time and do not enter the building before that time. We are operating a reduced service with staggered appointment times to minimise contact between patients.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to let us know. We may need to reschedule your appointment, so it does not overlap with the next patient’s.

Do not bring anyone to the appointment with you, unless you require assistance to access the building for medical reasons.

Please only bring essential personal items into the clinic.

Upon arrival at the clinic, please use the hand sanitisers available. A face mask and gloves will be provided.

If you use the NHS Test and Trace app, a QR code will be available for you to scan and check-in.

How we record and use your data for NHS Test and Trace.

Please maintain a two metre distance from our receptionists and any other non-clinical team members.

During your appointment

As part of the normal pre-treatment screening questions, your practitioner will check that you do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 and that it is safe for your treatment to proceed.

Each treatment room will have been cleaned, sterilised and aired immediately before your appointment.

Hand sanitisers are available in all treatment rooms.

Your practitioner will be wearing a face mask, gloves and any other appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). They will wash their hands thoroughly and dispose of any used PPE between appointments.

After your appointment

Hand sanitisers are available for your use before you leave the clinic.

Should you develop symptoms of COVID-19, please request an NHS test: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/testing-and-tracing/ask-for-a-test-to-check-if-you-have-coronavirus/

If your test results show that you have COVID-19 and your symptoms started within 48 hours of attending our clinic, please contact us or notify the NHS Test and Trace service about your appointment.
