Combined treatments
We have huge experience in carefully combining treatments that work together in harmony. Through this personalised approach, it’s possible to achieve significant improvements to the appearance, health and vitality of your skin.
At your initial consultation, your practitioner will take time to understand what you want to achieve, whether it’s overall facial rejuvenation or to focus on a particular skin issue or area. A tailored combination of treatments will then be recommended to obtain the best possible results for your individual needs.
You can also use botox to enhance your natural features. Perhaps to give your upper lip a fuller appearance (a “lip flip”) or for a subtle brow lift.
The benefits of combined treatments
Combining treatments that work in harmony can achieve:
Real patients, real results
Combined treatment goals
Full facial rejuvenation
To achieve an overall rejuvenated appearance across every part of the face, treatments can be combined to work from the deeper layers of the skin, outwards, to lift, tone, hydrate and revitalise. A bespoke treatment recommendation will be discussed according to your personal needs.
Dermal fillers can be used in specially targeted areas all over the face to stimulate the collagen, which naturally decreases as we age, to give deep, lifting volume to the skin.
A hugely important part of rejuvenation is restoring hydration. Hyaluronic acid is the skin’s natural hydrator. Skinboosters are specially formulated to deliver hyaluronic acid directly into the skin through a series of small injections, which intensely hydrate and have a smoothing effect.
A chemical peel uses specially formulated natural acids to provide deep exfoliation of the skin. This process addresses the top layer of the skin to improve texture; drawing moisture to the surface and restoring radiance.
Upper-face smoothing
The part of the face from the hairline to the brow is the focus of a lot of muscle activity, which displays emotion. Depending on individual facial anatomy and muscularity, this can result in deeper lines on the forehead and between the eyebrows. There are several treatments that can be used in combination to address this.
Dermal fillers can be used to target and subtly plump deeper lines so they are immediately less visible.
Botox can safely and gently relax certain, carefully identified muscles in this area of the face to prevent these lines from continuing to form to such a degree.
Hydration is very important to maintain the health and texture of our skin. Hyaluronic acid is the skin’s natural hydrator – specially formulated Skinboosters deliver hyaluronic acid directly into the skin through a series of small injections, to intensely hydrate and create a smoothing effect.
Cosmeceutical products offer medical-grade benefits for the skin. As a result, they are highly effective at treating specific issues and maintaining skin health. We offer a range of skin care products and will recommend the most suitable for your specific skin type and individual needs.
Mid-face rejuvenation
This part of the face commonly shows the signs of ageing earlier, as the natural reduction in collagen and elastin causes a loss of volume and fullness in the cheeks and under-eye area (tear troughs).
Dermal fillers are very effective at targeting the upper third of the face. They plump and restore volume in areas such as the tear troughs and upper cheeks to reduce the ‘sunken’ appearance that can occur.
Through careful assessment, botox can be used to target particular muscles to reduce the activity that is increasing the ageing effect on the skin.
Peels deeply exfoliate the skin and are an effective way to restore skin texture. Especially when used in combination with hydrating Skinboosters.
A tailored range of medical-grade skin care products can then help to maintain the tone and appearance of the skin on an ongoing basis.
Lower-face lift
As we age, the natural loss of collagen and elastin can take its toll on the appearance of this part of the face. Deeper folds such as oral commissure lines can form, and the defined jaw line of youth can become less visible.
Dermal fillers gently fill out deeper lines to lift and restore volume to the lower face.
Carefully targeted botox injections relax specific muscles to reduce the activity that is causing deeper lines.
Profhilo is a revolutionary moisturising treatment, which may also be recommended by your practitioner for your individual requirements. Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel, which hydrates and lifts the skin in targeted areas to reduce the appearance of lines such as oral commissures.
Intense hydration
Dryer skin is more susceptible to fine lines and the signs of ageing. We offer a range of solutions to intensively hydrate the skin. Your practitioner will recommend the most appropriate combination of treatments to suit your needs.
Dermal fillers are not only very efficient at plumping and restoring volume in targeted areas of the skin, they are also effective at hydrating the skin. This is often an additional benefit that patients find when they have lip fillers.
Your practitioner may recommend an injectable form of hyaluronic acid to deliver intense hydration to particular areas of your skin, such as Profhilo or Skinboosters. The effect is smoothed skin with improved overall texture.
Specific medical-grade skin care products may also be recommended to maintain tone and texture on an ongoing basis.
Facial contouring
If you would like to discuss treatment to achieve more defined features, our specialist practitioners, with their deep knowledge of facial anatomy, can recommend a tailored approach.
Carefully targeted dermal fillers that provide enhanced contouring can be used in conjunction with botox, which gently acts on particular muscles to reduce activity. The combination of these treatments can achieve the desired, sculpted profile.
Hand and arm rejuvenation
As we age, the skin on our hands and arms can show the signs of losing its natural collagen and elastin – skin can appear looser and begin to sag. Lack of muscle tone or weight loss can also be factors, as well as hormonal changes.
Profhilo is a revolutionary moisturising treatment, which may be recommended by your practitioner for use on your hands and arms. Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel, which hydrates and lifts the skin in targeted areas to reduce the appearance of lines and increase overall volume.
Medical-grade skin care products may also be recommend that are appropriate for your particular skin type. These products help to improve and maintain skin tone and texture.
Neck lift
Another part of the body which can betray our age is the neck. The skin can become ‘crepey’ and may begin to sag in certain areas.
For some patients, carefully targeted botox injections can be used for specific muscles to reduce the activity that is causing the lack of definition in certain areas of the neck.
Profhilo is a very effective hydrating treatment for crepey skin. Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel, which hydrates and lifts the skin to improve its overall texture.
Medical-grade skin care products, which contain ingredients such as Vitamin A and Retinol may also be recommended. These products help to improve and maintain skin tone and texture.
Managing the effects of ageing and hormonal changes
The natural ageing process and its inevitable hormonal changes can have an impact on our skin. Loss of collagen and elastin causes overall volume loss, pigmentation issues can also become more common with shifts in the hormone balance, along with a drier complexion.
Profhilo can bring a welcome drench of moisture. Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel, which hydrates and lifts the skin to improve texture.
Where pigmentation changes have taken place, peels are an effective way to deeply exfoliate the skin and restore a more even skin tone.
At a skin consultation with our dermatologist, your skin will be assessed and a personalised skincare regime recommended for you. This may include medical-grade skin care products that can improve and maintain the health of your skin for the long term.
Reversing sun damage
Exposure to the sun can have a lasting impact on our skin, with fine lines and pigmentation changes becoming apparent as we get older.
A chemical peel uses specially formulated natural acids to provide deep exfoliation of the skin. This can be a very effective way to address the fine lines and irregularities in pigmentation that can be caused by sun damage. Peels improve skin texture; drawing moisture to the surface.
Medical-grade skin care products may also be recommended that are appropriate for your particular skin type. These products help to maintain skin tone and texture.

FAQ
Combined treatments
Can I have all my treatments at the same appointment?
Many of the recommended treatments can take place at the same appointment. For example, botox and Skinboosters can be administered during the same session.
For certain treatment combinations, your practitioner may recommend a follow up appointment for part of the treatment plan to ensure the best possible outcome.
How much will the combined treatments cost?
Because every patient and their skincare needs are different, each combination of treatments will be tailored for their individual needs. Therefore, there is not a ‘package’ cost for a particular treatment goal.
Your practitioner will discuss the recommended treatment and cost with you at your initial consultation, to make sure everything is clear from the outset.
How quickly will my skin improve?
With combined treatments, the initial improvements are often immediate and will take their full effect over the following week to ten days.
Will the combined treatments need to be repeated?
You may find some long-lasting benefits from certain treatments, and choose to maintain the results with one or two other treatments. These aspects can be discussed with your practitioner.
