Promotions terms and conditions

At Melior Clinics, we occasionally run special Promotions to give our patients the best possible value. Please note that all offers are subject to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure fairness and clarity.

“Promotions” include, but are not limited to, discounts, refer a friend and birthday deals.

General terms

  • Each Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion, offer and discount.
  • All Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • Promotions apply only to treatments booked and carried out during the promotional period.
  • No cash, treatment, product or gift voucher alternatives are available.
  • Melior Clinics reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any Promotion at its discretion.

Additional terms applying to specific offers

10% off for new patients

  • Available to new patients only on their first treatment at a Melior Clinics location.
  • Offer cannot be used across multiple clinics.
  • Excludes laser hair removal.
  • Offer applies to treatment costs only (not products, consultations, or gift vouchers).

Up to 50% off laser hair removal

  • Discount applies only to laser hair removal treatments.
  • Available to new and existing patients.
  • Treatments must be paid for in advance to secure the discount.

Refer a Friend

  • Receive a £25 credit for each new client you recommend, once they have completed their first treatment.
  • Your friend will receive 10% off their first treatment.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or gift vouchers.
  • Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who referred the friend.

Monthly promotions

  • Each Promotion is valid only during the calendar month stated.
  • Treatments must be booked and carried out within the promotional period unless otherwise stated.
  • Subject to availability and only valid at participating clinics.

Birthday promotions

  • Promotion entitles the recipient to £25 off one treatment at Melior Clinics.
  • Valid for 30 days from the date of the birthday email.
  • The Promotion is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual receiving the email.
