Fractional mesotherapy
Fractional mesotherapy is a gentle and effective treatment to address skin concerns including deep wrinkles, open pores, skin laxity and acne scarring.
The treatment uses microneedles to deliver vital nutrients and hydration directly into your epidermis (the top layer of your skin).
This targeted treatment ensures that the nourishing ingredients are supplied exactly where they’re needed to stimulate collagen production and skin renewal.
The blend of nutrients is personalised to your unique requirements and goals, to target specific concerns such as sun damage or scarring, or achieve overall rejuvenation.
A course of fractional mesotherapy gives dramatic, long-lasting results for many skin concerns, and achieves overall improvement in skin tone and complexion.

Reviews for our Fractional mesotherapy treatment
What is fractional mesotherapy treatment like?
We use the Meso Pen Platinum device for fractional mesotherapy treatments. The Pen Platinum’s head contains a pattern of nine microneedles, which deliver the mesotherapy nutrients in carefully targeted areas of your skin.
As part of your fractional mesotherapy treatment, there are additional techniques that we can use to achieve optimum results from the mesotherapy nutrients.
Fusion Meso Expert
We may use Fusion Meso Expert to enhance the effect of the nutrients. This device uses electroporation, photo and LED stimulation to ensure that the ingredients penetrate deeper into the skin cells.
LED light therapy mask
The LED light therapy mask is often applied at the end of a fractional mesotherapy treatment to help soothe the skin and accelerate the healing processes. The mask can be applied to the face and neck.
The mask emits a gentle light in various wavelengths (i.e. different colours) each of which benefit the skin in a different way. For example, the red light (longer wavelength) stimulates collagen production and the green light (shorter wavelength) reduces hyperpigmentation.
The LED light therapy mask provides several benefits following treatment such as reduced swelling, encouraging cell renewal, reduction of acne, and improvement in conditions such as rosacea and dermatitis.
Fractional mesotherapy with collagen induction therapy
This treatment involves the addition of enhanced needling alongside fractional mesotherapy, to induce collagen production on a deeper level to address deep lines and acne scars.
Fusion Meso skincare products
We offer a range of skincare products from Fusion Meso, which use many of the nutrients included in fractional mesotherapy treatment, such as vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts.
Their range of nourishing creams, masks, cosmetic vials and cleansing products enhance and maintain the rejuvenating results of your treatment.

Fractional mesotherapy – your questions answered
What is fractional mesotherapy?
Fractional mesotherapy combines microneedling and mesotherapy. Microneedling creates tiny punctures in the epidermis (the outer layer of skin) into which nourishing and hydrating ingredients are delivered (mesotherapy).
What does fractional mesotherapy treat?
This rejuvenating treatment stimulates the skin to produce collagen and encourages cell renewal.
It can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and deeper folds, as well as create an overall improvement in skin tone and complexion.
Fractional mesotherapy improves the appearance of acne and other scars, and improves skin texture.
It is also a suitable treatment to address other skin concerns such as sun damage, skin laxity and the signs of ageing. While famed for its facial benefits, fractional mesotherapy can also be used on other parts of the body, including the neck, décolletage, abdomen, upper arms and hands.
What is the science behind fractional mesotherapy?
Fractional mesotherapy uses microneedles to create tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This triggers the body’s natural healing response, leading to increased collagen and elastin production, which are essential for skin firmness and elasticity.
The micro-injuries allow for efficient mesotherapy, which is the delivery of nourishing active ingredients directly into the dermis (the deeper layer of skin).

Does fractional mesotherapy treatment hurt?
The needles used during treatment are incredibly fine. Additionally, a topical numbing cream is applied to ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible.
Some patients may experience slight tingling or discomfort during the microneedling.
How long does the treatment take?
Treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
What can I expect during treatment?
The treatment involves gentle needling with the Meso Pen Platinum to deliver personalised mesotherapy nutrients.
Treatment can be enhanced with the Meso Expert and LED light therapy mask depending on your skin concerns and desired results.
What are the side-effects of fractional mesotherapy?
There is minimal downtime following treatment. You might experience redness, slight swelling, and possibly small pin-prick bruising, which should resolve very quickly, usually within 24-48 hours.
How long do the results last?
The rejuvenating benefits of fractional mesotherapy last from six months to one year.
We recommend a minimum of three treatments to maximise the results and provide the optimum rejuvenating effects.
How many fractional mesotherapy treatments will I need?
Although a single session can provide discernible and lasting results, we recommend a course of at least three treatments for the best outcome.
For addressing specific skin concerns, the sessions are usually spaced two to three weeks apart with a top-up treatment every two to three months.
