Polynucleotides are essentially an injectable skin booster, which stimulate activity of dermal cells within the subcutaneous connective tissue, called fibroblasts. Fibroblasts are responsible for collagen production.
By stimulating fibroblasts to produce collagen, PN treatment promotes the skin’s natural healing processes to repair damaged tissue, deeply hydrate, and give overall rejuvenation to the skin.

Polynucleotides are high molecular weight DNA and RNA chain structures.

This stimulates the skin’s regenerative processes to enable skin healing and rejuvenation. PN treatment is also deeply hydrating and has anti-inflammatory properties.

All patients have a free initial consultation, so that our experts can fully assess your skin and ensure that both you, and we, are happy that the approach is right for you. If so, the treatment can be administered straight away.
The treatment itself will take around 30-45 minutes, depending on the area(s) to be treated.
A topical numbing cream will be applied before the treatment to ensure you are comfortable throughout.
Patients may experience some redness and swelling immediately following treatment, but this should subside within a few hours.
There is little to no downtime with PN treatment.
Polynucleotides under eyes, face and neck treatments are very popular, although any areas of the body can be treated.
Patients start to see the benefits of PN treatment around 7-10 days following treatment.
Following the recommended course of treatment, results last for 6 to 12 months.
Your practitioner will discuss your treatment plan with you at your initial consultation, we usually recommend 2 or 3 treatments, 2 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results.
Patients are advised to avoid any other facial treatments for 72 hours, to avoid touching or washing the treated area for 4 hours, and to not wear makeup for 12 hours.
