Cheek, chin and temple fillers
Carefully targeted injections of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers restore youthful volume to your cheeks, chin and temples.
Cheek fillers plump your mid face and subtly lift your lower face. This adds volume and corrects sagging skin.
Chin fillers add definition and disguise characteristics such as dimples.
Temple fillers focus on the upper face, reversing ageing volume loss around the temples, for a more oval or heart-shaped face.

Reviews for our Cheek, chin and temple fillers treatment
What is cheek, chin and temple fillers treatment like?

Consultation with our expert
Your appointment will take place in one of our Save Face accredited clinics with your dermal filler injections carried out by one of our medical practitioners.
Prior to any treatment taking place, you’ll receive a full consultation to ensure that you, and we, are happy for the treatment to go ahead. We will also discuss with you the amount of filler to be used.
The treatment process
You will be asked to lie back on a couch while your practitioner carries out the injections. The needles used are very fine and include a local anaesthetic to minimise discomfort.
Your appointment will last around 45 minutes, though it may be longer depending on how many areas you’d like us to treat.

Cheek, chin and temple fillers – your questions answered
What is the science behind filler?
Dermal fillers are made from substances like hyaluronic acid—a naturally occurring molecule in your skin. When injected, the filler replenishes lost volume, lifts sagging areas, and smooths out wrinkles by physically filling in lines. Additionally, it can stimulate collagen production over time, helping to restore a youthful, balanced appearance.

What signs of ageing can cheek, chin and temple filler reverse?
By restoring volume and lifting your skin, these dermal filler treatments can deal with specific problem areas, including:
- Diminished fat pads causing hollowed temples and cheeks
- Sunken cheeks
- Undereye bags can be reduced by adding volume to the cheeks below them.
- Nasolabial folds
- Sagging jowls
- Marionette lines
- Oral commissures
- Sunken temples
What type of filler is used?
All our fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a substance which occurs naturally in your skin. We use a range of brands for our treatments, carefully selecting the best one for your skin and desired results
Does filler hurt?
No. Our filler injections all include a dose of local anaesthetic, so they don’t hurt.
Who is this treatment suitable for?
Cheek, chin and temple fillers are suitable for anyone who wants to improve the definition of their facial features. They are particularly popular with men and women who want to reduce the impact of the ageing process.
Filler treatments are not available to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Your practitioner will discuss any medical conditions you have prior to your treatment, to ensure that it is safe and appropriate for you.
How long does the results last?
The benefits of your treatment will last from six to twelve months; it varies from patient to patient. If you continue to have filler treatments over a number of years, the cumulative effect should help the results to gradually last longer.
What if I don’t like the results?
Our practitioners will always add the minimum amount of filler initially, so you can take a look at the results and decide whether to stop there or add a little more volume.
The benefit of using hyaluronic acid fillers is that, if you’re really unhappy with the results, we can use an injection of hyaluronidase to partially or completely dissolve the filler.
What other treatments can you have at the same time?
Cheek, chin and temple fillers can be administered at the same time as other treatments to achieve an overall rejuvenated appearance. For example, you might partner them with botox, to smooth out forehead lines.
Our approach is always to discuss the results you want to achieve and then identify the best treatment, or combination of treatments, to achieve them.
